Our activity for the month of April, Death by Chocolate, was focused around building a house of FAITH. We are taught that we should live by faith, not fear, and that if we are prepared, we don't need to fear.  For our activity we had three special guest panelists who led a wonderful group discussion on being prepared in regards to end-of-life planning and emergency planning.  The discussion included topics such as hospice care, advanced directives, wills, etc.  A packet was given out that included, among other things, a copy of the Colorado Advanced Medical Directive, Will, and Organ Donation Form.  If you're interested in having a copy of these documents, they're available online (click here). Thanks to everyone who attended the activity and joined in the discussion, and a special thanks to our fabulous panelists! We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and went away with the motivation to be a little more prepared in whatever way works for them.
