Establish A House of Fasting
Thank you to everyone who participated in our monthly Relief Society meeting! Together we enjoyed a brief talk on fasting, 3 mini hands-on classes, and lots of yummy treats and take-homes.
Class 1: Pancakes in a Bag
(A meal-in-a-bag is great for your personal food storage and as an easy meal for a friend in need)
Class 2: Meal Planning, Money-Saving Tips, & Getting Your Food Storage Started
(You can save a lot of 'dough' of you're prepared! And you don't have to be afraid of getting started - just take baby steps and do what works best for your family.)
Class 3: Compassionate Casseroles
(Compassionate Casseroles, or freezer meals, are nice to have on hand. You can pull them out when you're in a bind (or just don't want to cook!), or when you have a friend in need of a meal.)
